About Us
The Department of Public Works (DPW) is responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of Alto's public infrastructure. From roads and bridges to stormwater systems and public buildings, DPW ensures that the physical foundations of the city remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
DPW works closely with other city departments — particularly the Department of Transportation and the Department of Water & Power — to coordinate capital improvement projects and minimize disruption to residents during construction activities.
