City Manager's Office

The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the United Islands of Alto, appointed by the City Council to oversee the day-to-day operations of city government. The City Manager directs all city departments, manages the municipal budget, and implements policies adopted by the Council.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating inter-departmental projects and initiatives

City Council

The Alto City Council is the elected legislative body of the United Islands. The Council sets policy, adopts ordinances, approves the annual budget, and appoints the City Manager. Council meetings are open to the public and agendas are posted in advance on this portal.
