City Clerk's Office
The City Clerk's Office serves as the official record keeper for the City of Alto. The office maintains all municipal records, administers public records requests, coordinates City Council proceedings, and manages elections and official filings.

- Recording and publishing City Council meeting minutes and agendas
- Processing public records requests

- Issuing certified copies of city documents
- Coordinating boards and commission appointments
City Council Records
Agendas, minutes, and supporting materials for all City Council meetings are maintained by the Clerk's Office and are available for public review. Current and archived records may be requested through the Public Records page.
Notary Services
The City Clerk's Office provides notary public services to residents during regular business hours. No appointment is necessary.
