City Treasurer

The City Treasurer is responsible for the custody, investment, and disbursement of all city funds. The Treasurer's Office manages the city's financial accounts, oversees cash management, and ensures that municipal funds are invested prudently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities​

  • Receiving and safeguarding all city revenue
  • Managing the city's investment portfolio
  • Issuing payments on behalf of the city, including vendor payments and payroll
  • Maintaining financial records and bank account reconciliation
  • Publishing periodic financial reports for public review
  • Coordinating with the City Manager's Office on the annual budget

Financial Transparency​

The Treasurer's Office publishes quarterly financial summaries and an annual comprehensive financial report. These documents are available through the Public Records page or by contacting the office directly.
